I am from Connecticut and was searching for a good neighborhood retirement home in Florida. Christina was recommended to me from a close friend that used her to purchase their home. Lucky for me, she was an excellent choice. She worked diligently, over a long distance and matched me to my perfect home. Her tenacity, attention to detail, and can do attitude made it a seamless transaction. Thx Christina!
Christina has a excellent work ethic. Her attention to detail in every step of the selling and buying process is exceptional. She is even great at staging the home and getting it ready to go on the market. Christina knows the area very well living here for 25 years, each neighborhood is different and she has the skill to find the best match for anyone looking for a home in the Palm Beach area.
I knew from the minute I was going to sell my house that I wanted Nicolette to be my real estate agent. She has over 15 years in the business, and her attention to detail, and to every aspect of the process was amazing. I lived over 9 hours away from my property, and knew it was going to be difficult to handle the process. My tenants left my property in very poor condition, and if it weren't for Nicolette, I never would have sold my house so quickly and at the price I was asking. From the very beginning, she helped me through the process, referring the best inspector and contractor I could have hoped for, and in a little under two months took my house from looking shabby and in disrepair, to looking fabulous and brand new! Within a week of it being on the market, I got a full price offer!!! From there, she negotiated with the buyers and their agent, and kept me completely in the loop with every and any new development. I felt completely confident in the hands of Nicolette, because I knew she was my biggest advocate in the process. I am so thankful I had her in my corner, and I would suggest Nicolette and her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She was a godsend!!!
I have dealt with Christina throughout three separate real estate transactions. She successfully sold both my mothers home and my condo, obtaining the best possible sales price in a short period of time, while allowing me to enjoy "worry free" transactions. My wife and I subsequently met with Christina and described our "dream house" and preferred location. She took the time to listen to and fully understand what we were looking for in a home. In a short time we received a call from Christina informing us that a property matching our desires was going on the market and we were among the first to see it. We loved the home and through Christina's outstanding expertise and advice were able to negotiate a good sale price. My wife and I are extremely happy in the home that Christina found for us. Throughout all three real estate transactions Christina at all times exhibited the highest degree of professional competency, personal integrity, and an empathetic understanding of her client's needs. I would, without question or reservation, give Christina the highest possible recommendation and would strongly urge anyone desiring to sell their property or looking for their ideal "dream home" to give Christina a call.
We HIGHLY recommend Nicolette Fontaine and Christina Alzona (The Alzona Fontaine Team) for your real estate needs. You will be more than pleased. They went above and beyond helping us find a home in South Florida. Although we had visited South Florida many times, buying a home and relocating our family from the Chicagoland area was an entirely different endeavor. We had a tall list of items that were important to us in the search. Some non-negotiable. Nicolette and Christina worked diligently to ensure they found homes that met our criteria. Their communication and follow-up throughout the process was clear, concise, and always in a timely manner. They did everything within their power to ensure our home purchase and move went smoothly. A few days before our closing, issues on the sellers side presented a challenge to getting the deal done. True to form, they fought for us to ensure we closed. Our relationship did not end there. Post closing, they continued following up with us to ensure we had trustworthy contractors to choose from for home repairs and maintenance needs. We've been in our new home for almost 3 months, and the Alzona Fontaine Team continues to check in on us.
We the Franklin Family worked with our realtors, Nicolette Fontaine with Christina Alzona recently, who went over and beyond in helping us find our dream home. Because of their expertise in reality it did not take long at all to find exactly what we were looking for. Once we located our forever home, The Alzona Fontaine Team, were exceptional in their closing skills. They had our back every step of the way and beautifully navigated us through the swamp of details, taking the stress off of us. We highly recommend Nicolette and Christina to anyone looking to buy their dream home or any sellers looking to sell their property. The service was white glove plus more!
Christina and Nicolette did a wonderful job selling my home. The Alzona Fontaine Team is very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable to the local real estate market. They are very friendly and always keep me informed with frequent updates through phone calls and text messages. This team provided valuable suggestions on landscaping and color selections of the home. Christina and Nicolette impressed me with their marketing and promotion tools through internet plus weekend open houses. It is really a joy working with The Alzona Fontaine Team to get your home SOLD!
The Alzona Fontaine Team consistently went above and beyond to deliver a top-notch customer service and positive results in selling our home in Boca Raton. Nicolette Fontaine and Christina Alzona are valuable partners in every stage of the real estate selling process, from negotiation, to contract to closing. They are highly experienced, skilled, and diligent professionals with deep knowledge of the local housing market of the Palm Beaches and South Florida. They are delightful to work with and treat you like friends not just clients. They stay in constant communication and in-person contact, understanding our needs, providing VIP service. We highly recommend this expert real estate team to anyone looking to buy or sell properties in Southeast Florida.
Nicolette and Christina worked tirelessly to find a home for us in Palm Beach County. They listened and responded to our wants and never pressured us. They know the area and gave great advice. Once we found the home they expertly handled every step from negotiating, contract writing, inspections, closing. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with The Alzona-Fontaine team no matter what type of home you are looking for.
Christina Alzona and Nicolette Fontaine are phenomenal realtors! The Alzona Fontaine Team came highly recommended from several friends who have bought and sold their homes with this team. They are thorough, respond immediately, professional and wonderful to work with. With over 38 years of combined experience, I knew I would not be led wrong. When searching for my first home it was vital that I work with realtors who were available, listened to my needs, left me feeling heard and followed through with my requests - Christina and Nicolette exceeded my expectations. It is worth mentioning that this is their full time job which in today’s real estate market is a rarity. I made the decision to look in one particular neighborhood. As soon a home came on the market Christina let me know and in the rare occurrence that I was not shown the home that very same day, it was seen the next day. When I mentioned things I did not like in a particular home she made sure those things were not present in the next one. When discussing offers Christina was honest and forthright - no games. Nicolette’s legal knowledge from her previous career as an attorney is a huge benefit. You can be sure any questions or concerns you have about anything you are unsure of will be addressed and answered. My closing was seamless and Nicolette was present to review all documents. From contract to closing, it was a breath of fresh air to work with two women who simply got things done. Christina and Nicolette made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the right decision in purchasing my first home. I would absolutely and already have recommended the Alzona Fontaine Team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin or North Broward Counties!
We have worked with the most experienced and professional real estate team, Nicolette Fontaine and Christina Alzona, who went above and beyond our expectations. Nicolette and Christina were caring, diligent and knowledgeable throughout our home purchase process. We needed to buy our first home in 30 days and their timing, instinct and meticulous due diligence was impeccable. They connected us with a wonderful lender and negotiated a phenomenal deal on our home in Jupiter, Florida with the best possible price during a highly competitive real estate market. From contract to closing, they were very thorough, being persistent to follow up with the title company, homeowners association and the lender to make sure they had everything ready to close on time. The Alzona Fontaine Team are expert realtors with many years of experience selling properties in Florida who bring invaluable knowledge to buyers and sellers to help smoothly navigate the real estate market. We highly recommend Nicolette and Christina! 5 Star Team!!
I had the pleasure of working with The Alzona Fontaine Team, Nicolette Fontaine, J.D. and Christina Alzona PA, on multiple real estate dealings and I would recommend them without exception. They have been working with my family for years (they help my parents purchase their home in Palm Beach Gardens, sell my parents’ vacation home in West Palm Beach and my grandmother sell one of her homes in West Palm Beach years ago). Most recently, The Alzona Fontaine Team helped me sell my recently deceased grandmother's home also in West Palm Beach. Aside from their high level of professionalism, they personally supported my family and I during this difficult time at every level. Unlike other realtors who simply sell a home and move on to the next one, they helped me through every stage, including making introductions and getting the right support from Contractors and others to prepare the Home for sale, helping me manage such third parties and using their expertise to guide me to make sure things were handled properly and effectively. Also, while they guide you, they are not pushy or demanding. They act as a support to get you to the best place possible, but they don't push you into anything or outside of your comfort zone. They also bring unique skill sets to the table. For example, Christina has an eye to prepare home staging and present the property in the best light; Christina has Decades of vast knowledge of real estate sales in the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast, in negotiation and assessing the true value of the property, which is invaluable. Whatever she tells you (property value, market conditions etc.) it will be accurate. Nicolette has a strong legal and business transactional background with over 15 years experience selling real estate; Nicolette is tech savvy, with years of expertise in marketing and promoting the property on social media. She helps you navigate through the negotiation, communications with the Homeowners Association, putting together contract paperwork with attention to every detail in each transaction that has to take place from contract to a smooth closing with the title company. It is actually surprising, while they are only two people, they somehow make you feel like you have a whole team behind you. Also on a personal level, they are truly kind, supportive and wonderful people that treat you as a friend and not as a client. I cannot say enough positive things about The Alzona Fontaine Team. If I have any future real estate needs, there is no other team I would work with. One thing I can assure you is if you are lucky enough to obtain their services you will not be disappointed.
